Fry Axe is a Brazilian writer, entrepreneur, and advocate for queer narratives. From a young age, she embarked on a personal quest to find representation and explore the complexities of queer experiences through literature. However, her search yielded limited results, which fueled her determination to create a space where queer stories could thrive. She has a degree in literature and foreign languages and grew up on a small city in Brazil. By the age of fourteen she took her first trip to US by herself, opening up the world for her fertile mind.
With an unwavering belief in the power of strong queer narratives, Fry Axe founded Squeery with her friend Liam Goldsmith. Squeery is a groundbreaking editorial brand promised to take the literary world by storm. Through Squeery, she aims to provide authentic and diverse portrayals of queer characters, delving into their dramas, challenges, and triumphs.
Born in Brazil, Fry Axe’s journey as a writer and entrepreneur has been shaped by her own experiences as a queer individual. Faced with obstacles and societal norms, she recognized the need for stories that reflect the complexities and unique perspectives of the LGBTQ+ community. “Stories save more lives than anything else”.

LIAM GOLDSMITH:
Liam Goldsmith is a writer, holding a degree in history and he is a Dimensionalist Entrepreneur. An avid reader of books and comic books, cinephile of old and new movies and TV shows (he loves Pixar, Disney, Studio Ghibli and so much more), he consumes a liter of coffee a day and has tons of ideas scattered on papers everywhere. He has been a ghostwriter for five years and has worked on numerous projects, including academic papers and fiction. He hopes to one day gather enough courage to release his own stories, which he has been accumulating since he was ten years old. He has always been queer, but only accepted his bisexuality at the age of twenty-seven. Liam loves reading the I Ching, listening to music, eating peanut butter, and wandering around in his Constantine-style trench coat, pondering complex philosophical questions. And last but not least, he is an INFJ, 5W6, phlegmatic melancholic, Leo with Libra rising and Gemini moon who love windy days. For those who understand all of this, it provides a good idea of who he is.
